Book 2: Ride of the Grey Company

Over the course of Book 1: Oath of the Rangers, you brought word to Aragorn’s kin of his need for them in the lands to the south, and the Grey Company was formed. Having sworn to protect the heirs of Isildur, the Dúnedain responded with all haste to the urgent message you brought from Elrond. They gather now in Rivendell and prepare to depart on their journey, and you are invited to travel with them!

And travel you will, for their mission leads them far from the relative safety of that hidden valley into the wide southern lands of Enedwaith. Epic Book 2 is essentially a “road trip” experience, and consists of fifteen soloable chapters that explore the first leg of the Grey Company’s journey. There will be combat, exploration, exciting action, and a healthy dose of mystery.

The road of the Grey Company will take them (and you!) to strange and exotic locales, like this rocky crag high above Thrór’s Coomb
