Region content is the backbone of The Lord of the Rings Online™. What would our game be without a landscape to explore, monsters to kill and quests to reward you for your tireless efforts? This update the Warg will have two distinct playstyles that players can choose: The fragile stealthier or the scrapping brawler. For the Warg that has been dying to charge in and ferociously rip their opponents apart while soaking up damage, your time has come. Read more in the first Developer Diary from Jinjaah!

As player potency has increased, it has become increasingly difficult for an finesse/control class like the Weaver to maintain its place on the battlefield. With this revision, we’re not looking to change the way the Weaver plays, but to build upon the existing mechanics. Read more in the latest Developer Diary from Jared "Kelsan" Pruett!

Increasing ranks of Audacity will reduce incoming damage and crowd control durations while in the Ettenmoors. Freeps and Creeps will spend Commendations to improve their Audacity, though in different ways. Read more about Audacity in the latest Developer Diary from Brian "Zombie Columbus" Aloisio!

Throughout Update 6 and Update 7, we will be modifying the economy of the Ettenmoors by replacing Destiny with a new capped currency called “Commendations”. Commendations will be the primary currency for both Freeps and Creeps, requiring a re-costing of all barter vendors and skill trainers in PvMP. Read more in today's Developer Diary from Jared "Kelsan" Pruett!

Designing for events is always tricky business. A mixture of content, systems, and crazy; an event requires you to please characters of all levels and design outside the box. In this update we have a total of 5 instances -- three small fellowships, one fellowship, and one raid. There are 15 boss fights, two difficulty tiers, 10 challenges, over 75 new monsters, 250 new skills, 500 new effects, 200 new chest drops, and 54 new armour sets! All the various marks and tokens that appear in Skirmishes and Classic Instances are being collapsed into three new currencies; Marks, Medallions and Seals.
