Greetings! In honor of our fourth anniversary, Turbine is hosting a Motivational Poster contest! We want to see your most inspirational LOTRO-themed motivational posters; we’ll provide the template, you provide the image, caption, and title! Make them as serious or as funny as you like!

For this contest you may only submit two motivational posters, so make them count!  At the end of the contest, we’ll choose five of our favorite posters.  These posters will not only be featured on myLOTRO, but their creators will also be rewarded a very motivational 500 Turbine Points!

The Motivational Poster contest runs from Tuesday, April 19th, 2011 to Tuesday, May 3rd, 2011.  Entries must be received by Turbine by 11:59PM Eastern on Tuesday, May 3rd.

Screenshots must be original and unedited (cropping is allowed) and should have a resolution of at least 1024x768.

Here are some tips for taking screenshots:

• The number pad or right mouse button can be used to adjust the camera angle
• You can zoom in to a first-person view with the mouse-wheel
• CTRL-P/Print Screen takes your screenshot
• Screenshots are stored in My Documents/The Lord of the Rings Online
• F12 will remove the UI, and N will remove floaty names
